We’ve worked with COhatch over the years to help bring new life into old spaces; abandoned Libraries, old Hardware stores, newspaper printers, and we’re sure there are more to come.

The latest in the COhatch co-working line up is the conversion of “The Pub”. The Pub gets its name from the chain of pub-like restaurants, one of which used to sit outside of Polaris Fashion Place next to the Cheesecake Factory. The restaurant is gone, but the building remains. The brains over at COhatch turned The Pub into a mixed-use space; co-working by day, Brothers Drake Meadery by night.

You’ll be hard pressed to miss the giant, odd-shaped 120’ linear foot bar. There were a lot dusty late nights, but we are thrilled with the outcome and this has become one of our proudest pieces.

Our partnership with COhatch and their amazing team of designers and creatives keep us on our toes and always stretch our capabilities(that's a good thing). Whether it's a new build or a complete renovation we’re here to help you furnish your space with pieces that bring people together and build community. What is your next project? Watch The Pub come to life!
