COLUMBUS BREWING COMPANY: MODE ARCHITECTS & ACS TEAM UP TO CRAFT A UNIQUE SPACE

Have you visited the historic Trolley Barn at the East Market? Columbus Brewing Company opened its new space this summer, and we had the honor of being a part of the project. Mode Architects, designers of the space, cultivated a blend of old and new, seamlessly giving the space a curated on-brand design highlighting this Columbus landmark's historic elements.

When it comes to designing and building furniture,  the materials we choose make all the difference. For the indoor tables, we used solid walnut—a wood that exudes classic sophistication. The intricate grain patterns and warm hues of walnut add a touch of nature indoors, inviting guests to gather around and create lasting memories.

Out on the patio, the cumaru tables steal the show. Crafted to withstand the elements, they provide functionality and embrace the outdoor vibe with their natural beauty.

Craftsmanship is at the core of what we do. Every table is part of that story. Collaborating with Fortner Upholstery, we worked hard so that every aspect of the furniture had the right look, atmosphere, and most importantly, feel.  The attention to those small details transforms furniture into functional art.

This is our second project with Columbus Brewing Company and Mode Architects, and it was a fun community effort of creativity, collaboration, and passion. CBC has managed to create a space that's more than just a brewery—it's a community hub that we are incredibly proud to be a part of.
